Research-use restriction
Products are supplied strictly for lawful laboratory research and analytical purposes. They are not for human or veterinary use, consumption, administration, diagnosis, treatment, or any application in or on humans or animals.
Orders and availability
Orders are subject to inventory availability, verification, and acceptance. Domestic and international inventory may be fulfilled separately. Product availability, pricing, package configuration, and documentation may vary by product, batch, and warehouse source.
Pricing and payment
Prices and currencies are displayed before checkout. Customers are responsible for reviewing the selected product, concentration, package, warehouse source, currency, and payment information before submitting an order.
Best Price Guarantee
Mighty BioLabs may match an eligible lower regular advertised price from a Canadian research supplier when the competing product is identical in product, quantity, concentration, and other material specifications and is available for immediate purchase.
The guarantee excludes group buys, clearance or liquidation pricing, coupons, bundles, member-only pricing, loyalty rewards, errors, limited-time promotions, and out-of-stock listings. Requests must be submitted to support before purchase and are subject to verification and approval. The guarantee is not retroactive and cannot be combined with another discount unless expressly approved.
Shipping and documentation
Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary by destination and fulfillment source. Tracking is included with every shipped order. Certificate of Analysis documentation is included where available for the selected product, concentration, package, or batch.
Cancellations, issues, and support
Contact support promptly regarding changes, cancellations, damage, missing items, or delivery concerns. Changes may not be possible after processing begins. Resolution may require order details and supporting photographs.
Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for lawful purchase, possession, handling, storage, and use of all products, and for compliance with requirements applicable in their jurisdiction and research setting.
